Religion Teacher - Second Semester Long Term Substitute (LTS) for Spring Semester 2025 and full-time opening starting for 2025-26 school year. This LTS position will begin in mid-January- June 4, 2025. The course will focus on the sacred nature of the Church. The purpose of this course is to help students understand that in and through the Church they encounter the person of Jesus Christ. They will be introduced to the fact that the Church was founded by Christ through the Apostles and is sustained by him through the Holy Spirit. Throughout the course, Mary’s importance in the life of the Church will also be emphasized. Students will leave this course with an awareness of their call to active participation in the Church and Her mission.
Candidates must be Catholic, have a strong background in Catholic education, and hold a Bachelor's degree, a degree in Theology is preferred.
